Before logging in, please make sure your Internet browser is set correctly:
1. Disable “Pop-up” blockers – look for icons in upper or lower right corner of your browser (also disable “Add/Subtract” or similar software).
2. Enable “Cookies” – also, go to “Tools” then “Internet Options”; at the “Privacy” tab, set @ “Medium” or lower.
3. We recommend you go to “Tools” then “Internet Options” and at the “General” tab, select “Delete Files” – you don’t lose any stored documents and it helps make your Internet service run more smoothly.
The Course operation is very reliable; there’s no need for media software other than Flash 7. You may need to disable any software firewall (such as Norton, Zone Alarm, McAfee, etc.) present on your computer. These can sometimes interfere with the correct operation of some aspects of the course. If this is necessary, we suggest that you close any other browsers and email (such as Outlook) while in the Course.
