When you complete a Safety-EdT online defensive driving, traffic school or driving safety school course, you'll have a Certificate of Completion that you can file with your court to reduce your fine, obtain traffic ticket dismissal or erase a speeding ticket from your driver record - any court in Texas and in any of the following Counties in California: Alameda, Amador, Butte, Contra Costa, Del Norte, El Dorado, Fresno, Glenn, Imperial, Kern, Kings, Lassen, Madera, Mariposa, Mendocino, Merced, Modoc, Mono, Napa, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Riverside, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Francisco, San Joaquin, San Luis Obispo, San Mateo, Santa Barbara, Santa Cruz, Sierra, Siskiyou, Solano, Stanislaus, Tulare, Tuolumne and Yolo. We're TEA and Court approved!

Drivers who haven't taken a defensive driving, driving safety or traffic school course within the past year to 18 months are generally eligible, depending upon where they reside. Contact the court where your ticket was issued if you're not sure whether you can obtain ticket dismissal.
